The Reynolds Team Sees Growth in Staff and Services

The Reynolds Team, at Mayfair International Realty members, Dale Sorensen Real Estate in Vero Beach, Florida, which saw an incredibly successful year in 2012 with more than $30 million in sales, is adding to their staff and services in anticipation of another banner year.  

The Reynolds Team, consisting of brothers Scott and Shane Reynolds are agents with Dale Sorensen Real Estate, the most successful real estate company in Vero Beach.

The Reynolds Team, made up of brothers Scott and Shane Reynolds, had such a banner year in 2012 they knew they were going to have to set the stage for more growth in the New Year. In anticipation of that growth, the Team has added staff and services, offering their customers a full “concierge-style” service.

Scott Reynolds is enthusiastic about the growth.  “We have a real strategic plan in place for the growth of our team, one that will offer more services and a more focused approach to how we do business,” he said. “Our new support staff will enable us to streamline what we do for our customers, and our new services will enable us to offer our customers everything they need from the moment they call us to the moment they close on their property.”

 

New staff includes the addition of Sales Associate Billie Rutledge.  Rutledge will focus on being a buyer’s agent and will work almost exclusively with buyers.  Although she can also work with sellers when needed, the ability to focus primarily on one aspect of their business means she can direct her attention in an area that she is expert in.  In addition, The Reynolds Team will be utilizing the services of Rolanda Miller, an experienced Closing Coordinator.  Miller makes sure that all items on the checklist for a closing are being done on time, a task that requires great organization and constant monitoring. Transaction Management is critical to having a successful closing and it keeps the clients well informed. “Having Billie and Rolanda on board with our team means I have more time to do what I do best, and that is procuring buyers, selling properties and marketing our services,” Reynolds said.

 

New services for our clients will include home staging and coordinating home repair service in order to get the home ready for the market. Scott strives to get top dollar for his sellers and in order to do so the home needs to show the best and be able to put the buyer at ease of additional money needed for home repairs. Buyers are really looking for "move in condition homes,” Reynolds said.

 

The growth is not only good for the Reynolds Team, but also for DSRE. “We’re excited to see such success and growth from one of our teams,” said Dale Sorensen, Managing Partner of DSRE.  “It takes a lot of hard work and dedication, something Scott and Shane have plenty of.  But they also take advantage of all the marketing tools, education, and advertising that DSRE offers its agents.  They’ve far exceeded our expectations and we’re exceptionally proud of them.”

 

The numbers that The Reynolds Team offers up speaks volumes about what they’re doing.  They ended the year in 2012 with 153 total transactions. They are Number 1 in Indian River county by transactions and in the top 1% in closed sales volume. “I think our numbers prove that while others promise it, we deliver it,” Reynolds said.  “I’m very happy with our numbers for 2012 but that doesn’t mean I can rest on my laurels.  It just means my goal is higher this year and I’m motivated to beat those numbers this year.”
