Yulia Mitchell, Zephyr Real Estate agent, recently passed the brokerage exam and is now a bona fide licensed broker. She joined Zephyr four years ago, and was awarded the Rookie of the Year award. That award, along with her passion for real estate, has been the key to her continued success.

Originally from Russia, Yulia and her husband have traveled the globe extensively but were drawn by the magnetic pull of San Francisco in 2011. The Bay Area’s international community and flavor provide the perfect match for her global experiences and training.

With a Master’s in Economics, coupled with an inherent entrepreneurial spirit, she has found the real estate industry to be a lifestyle in which she excels and finds great fulfillment. Navigating the diverse cultures and neighborhoods of San Francisco allows Yulia to maximize her strengths for her clients and to fuel her need to expand her knowledge and polish her skills.

Achieving her broker’s license was the latest step in her growth and continuing education. The preparation for the exam includes completing several college-level courses, and a minimum of two years’ experience as Realtor. The written exam is an exhaustive 200-question test lasting in excess of five hours. Yulia managed all that with flying colors. She joins over 30 of the 350 Zephyr agents who have also earned their broker’s license
