Rank is determined from data using U.S.-only sales volume, with additional sorting by transaction sides and agent count. Zephyr’s sales volume was over $2.4 million, with 1,855 sides and 330 agents.
T3 Sixty’s roots date back to 1998 when RealSure, Inc. (T3 Sixty’s forerunner) was incorporated by Stefan Swanepoel. T3 Sixty was officially formed in 2015, and was immediately commissioned by the National Association of Realtors to conduct a thorough study of the residential real estate industry.
