Zephyr Real Estate is proud to welcome Deirdre Donnelly as the latest addition to their staff. Deirdre will assume the duties of Director of Transaction Services and Transaction Compliance. She brings nearly 20 years’ experience managing and coordinating real estate files, from listing to closing.
“I’ve always enjoyed my career path in the real estate industry,” commented Deirdre. “Coming to Zephyr feels like coming home, what I’ve been preparing for all along.”
In her new position, Deirdre will audit all transaction files and maintain relevant local requirements documentation. She will serve as a liaison with agents, transaction coordinators and sales managers.
Most recently, Donnelly served as Senior Transaction Coordinator for Bradley Real Estate. Her work history also includes Pacific Union and Hartford Properties. She has a keen eye for detail and a vast knowledge of required documentation, and her new position at Zephyr will utilize and capitalize on those strengths.
“We are most fortunate to have Deirdre join our team,” commented Matthew Borland, Zephyr’s Chief Operating Officer. “She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will greatly augment and streamline our entire transaction process.”
Deirdre and her husband, John, make their home in Larkspur. Both enjoy hiking, rambling about and otherwise enjoying the exquisite nature available through Open Space in Marin and beyond. “Reading, cooking and being with family are among my favorite things,” she added.
