The highly regarded residential leasing team of Dawn Cusulos and Danny Liu has just joined the ranks of Zephyr Real Estate’s Pacific Heights office. Formerly with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, the established team brings a wealth of skill and expertise as well as an added dimension to Zephyr.

Danny Liu has served the Bay Area for six years with a highly successful track record of matching owners with tenants. His commitment to excellence in service and communication has created a broad and loyal client base and many long-lasting relationships.

He is the 2019 President for the Chinese Real Estate Association of America, and is dedicated to extending education to homeowners in becoming informed voters. He has lobbied faithfully to support homeownership rights in the Bay Area and throughout California.

He was awarded the San Francisco Apartment Association Leasing Agent of the Year in 2015 and 2018, and is an active member of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, San Francisco Apartment Association, California Apartment Association, and San Francisco Unified Lions Club.

Dawn Cusulos has 28 years’ experience as an agent, in residential resales, commercial leasing and new home developments. Though she is a consistent top producer, she found her passion in residential leasing and has a steady base of repeat clients. She, too, takes great pride in successfully pairing renters and property owners.

She was the 2014 San Francisco Apartment Association Leasing Agent of the Year, in recognition of her ability to build trust and understanding with her clients and colleagues. Her customer care ethic is well recognized as the key to her success.

She is a Mentor and Board member of the Chinese Real Estate Association of America and San Francisco Unified Lions Club. She is also the mother of twin boys who are in the process of becoming licensed realtors.
