Zephyr Real Estate agent Stella Guinto was a featured speaker at the recent Silicon Valley & International Commercial Real Estate Broker Forum in San Jose. The conference focused on international commercial real estate with emphasis on international investments, real estate developments in San Jose and opportunities for agents working with foreign investors.

Two powerful commercial real estate groups joined together to present the forum. The Northern California Chapter of the CCIM Institute, the local arm of the world leader in commercial real estate education and professionalism, and the Asian Real Estate Association of America's Silicon Valley Chapter, representing industry leaders in Asian real estate brokerage and investment, partnered to address over 150 attendees.

Stella Guinto participated on the Taxation, Lending & Law panel along with four other local specialists, to discuss successes, challenges and strategies in dealing with foreign investors. Ms. Guinto has multiple certifications in her profession including Certified Commercial Investment Member, Certified International Property Specialist and Transnational Referral Certification. She has been engaged in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial and investment properties for the past 13 years. She also speaks Tagalog fluently.

The Northern California Chapter of the CCIM Institute originated more than 40 years ago with the purpose of advancing professionalism in the industry with a major emphasis on education and leadership. The Asian Real Estate Association of America is a nonprofit organization for the promotion of sustainable homeownership opportunities in Asian American and Pacific Islander communities.
