LINDA A. PAGE JOINS MICHAEL SAUNDERS & COMPANY
Linda A. Page—a veteran top-producer in Sarasota real estate and development circles—has joined the Main Street office of Michael Saunders & Company, it was announced today from the firm’s headquarters in downtown Sarasota.
Page, who was most recently associated with Prudential Palms Realty, has a long and distinguished record in new homes and condominiums development and sales, international property marketing and luxury re-sales.

A long-time resident of Florida, Ms. Page has lived in Sarasota since 1973, and enjoyed a career with such high-end developers as U.S. Assets Group. As such, she has been involved in such noteworthy projects as Beau Ciel—the luxury condominium on Sarasota’s Bayfront and Orchid Beach Club, on Lido Beach.
Prior to joining U.S. Assets, Linda was Broker/Director of Sales for University Park Country Club for six years, during which time she received the highest award in the entire U.S. home building industry. She was named 2000 Sales Manager of the Year (Silver Award) by the National Association of Home Builders. She was also awarded the prestigious John P. Hall Award by the Sales and Marketing Council, citing her “superlative achievements and lasting contributions to the real estate industry.”
Page’s career highlights have also included such diverse projects as The Water Club on Longboat Key, and Four Seasons Country Clubs in Portugal and Spain developed by McInerney Properties, PLC, in Dublin Ireland. There, she was responsible for training over 100 sales associates from many different countries and taught numerous sales and marketing classes for outside firms as well.
Page believes her success in selling re-sale properties is a direct offshoot of her experience selling new homes and condominiums. “Because of my development experience, I approach re-sales in much the same way as I approached new home sales. I try to fully demonstrate every aspect of how to use the home, as if it were brand new and welcoming its first owners.”
A seasoned, energetic and charismatic professional, Page is locally active in numerous business, civic and cultural organizations.
Her proudest achievements, however, are her three children. Daughter Kimberly Walker is a partner in the Sarasota law firm of Williams Parker Harrison Deitz and Getzen. Son Robert Page is a sales training director for Wyndham Resorts in Hawaii. Her oldest son, Kevin Page is a partner in the healthcare industry in Southeast Florida. She is also the proud grandmother of 5 grandchildren.
