ONE DAY, TWO HOURS, 250 AGENTS, 147 AWARDS, AND OVER $2.95 BILLION IN VOLUME SOLD IN 2023

Atlanta and greater Georgia’s premier luxury real estate brokerage, Harry Norman, REALTORS®, recognized its 2023 top real estate agents and teams by honoring their outstanding achievements at this year’s company awards luncheon held at the St. Regis Atlanta on Friday, Jan. 26. Over 250 agents, brokers and leaders attended an elegant sit-down lunch before the awards were presented, highlighting top producing agents and teams based on 2023 sales units and volume in addition to other awards, such as the IMPACT Award, recognizing an individual who embodies the company’s Impact Statement and has achieved outstanding sales results.  

 

“The success of our company collectively would not exist without the success of our agents as individuals; therefore, it is always an honor to recognize their achievements at the start of a new year,” said Jenni Bonura, Harry Norman, REALTORS® President and CEO. “I am continually impressed by their commitment, endless market expertise, exceptional client service, and outstanding successes each year. Congratulations to everyone honored.” 

 

Bonura and Todd Emerson, General Manager, opened the event by sharing the 2024 company theme of Connectivity and Value. This theme aligns with and is supported by an ongoing commitment to Harry Norman, REALTORS® core values: authenticity, integrity, community focus, professional excellence, and rich relationships. Guntram Merl, General Manager of St. Regis Atlanta, then stepped in as a guest speaker, sharing his perspective on the idea of what ‘luxury’ is and how St. Regis delivers a true luxury experience. Luke Trigwell, Senior Vice President of Marketing, then presented a range of content initiatives planned for 2024, plus company accomplishments from 2023, such as relocating the Partner Services and Buckhead Offices to prominent Buckhead locations, launching a new website with an elevated aesthetic, superior user experience and advanced SEO, and proudly supporting numerous philanthropic initiatives including the donation of 1,680 Care Kits for Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities, surpassing 2022’s donation by 500 kits.  

 

Awards included: Top Producing Agents, based on sales units and volume; Rookie of the Year, recognizing top performing agents in their first full year of real estate; the Miss Emmie Award, named for the Atlanta Real Estate Icon, Emmaline ‘Emmie’ Norman, and the characteristics she embodied such as loyalty, professionalism, ethical conduct, team spirit and overall involvement in the real estate industry; the President’s Award, for the associate who has distinguished themself in the community, industry, and their professional, civic or religious organizations; and the IMPACT Award, recognizing an agent who is actively engaged and focused on community while truly acting as an ambassador of Harry Norman, REALTORS®.
