REAL Trends, in partnership with Zillow and Trulia, has ranked Truckee-based Alison Elder of Elder Group Tahoe Real Estate, affiliated with Chase International, as one of America’s Best Real Estate Agents for the second year in a row.
Elder is listed as 18th among California Realtors in the “individual by sides” category. “Sides” is a real estate industry term referring to either buyer or seller transaction sides. Elder closed 116 transactions in 2015. She also ranked in the number 151st spot of all California Realtors in the “individuals by volume” category, as she closed over $57 million in volume sales last year.
“I’m honored by this prestigious recognition from REAL Trends,” Elder said. “It’s truly a pleasure to work and live in the wonderful Truckee-Tahoe region that combines beautiful open space, a vibrant community, awesome people and amazing recreational and cultural activities that contribute to creating a truly amazing lifestyle.”
REAL Trends, which claims to be the undisputed leader in ranking the performance of residential real estate service firms, agents and teams in the U.S., based these rankings on a measurement of the top1,674 agents in the State of California.
“With this month’s release of the 2016 America’s Best Real Estate Agents list, an elite group of real estate agents across the country are receiving well-deserved recognition. These sales associates are far above average and have built enormously successful small businesses in an extremely competitive field,” said Steve Murray, president of REAL Trends
“Less than 1 percent of the agents and teams in America account for five percent of all sales,” said Murray. “It is amazing to think about how hard they have worked and how focused they are on their clients. They have to be in order to be listed on this report. We are pleased to congratulate this year’s members of Americas Best Real Estate Agents.”
