Chase International agents coordinated the sale of a $13-million Glenbrook home last month. The property consisted of 2.51 acres with private cove, pier, boatlift and expansive stretch of sandy beach.
Star Brooks represented the seller in the transaction and Clif Chase represented the buyer. The main home and guesthouse offered a combined 4,692-square-feet of living space with five bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, and a five-car garage. The home closed for $13,145,000.
