Chase International, a long-time leader in luxury real estate sales – particularly in the Tahoe region – continues to innovate its approach to stay at the top of the market.
With “The Craft of the Chase Luxe Agent” seminar, Chase International brought its agents together last month in a series of workshops featuring luxury real estate panelists. The panels reinforce Chase’s commitment to this real estate market segment, and dedication to equipping their agents for success.
“Chase is uniquely capable of working in the luxury world, and we want to continuously build that craft – that’s what separates us from the competition,” said Kerry Donovan, vice president of luxury real estate for Chase International. “Chase’s roots are in luxury, and we want to make sure that’s carried forward through future generations of agents.”
Panelists included Chris and Brooke Hernandez, voted the Best of Tahoe real estate agent and Realtor of the Year, Kerry Donovan, vice president of Luxury real estate, Alex West, a top producer with Chase, Mike Dunn, vice president of business development and Georgia Chase, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
“The difference between selling luxury properties and other real estate is in the details – luxury properties demand the highest and best quality of service, marketing, communications, market knowledge and creativity,” Georgia Chase said.
Chase has a number of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists, including Georgia Chase, who mentors real estate agents to help them break into the luxury market.
For nearly three decades, Chase International has been the leader in luxury real estate – built on service, marketing, smart technology and a personal focus. Over the past 30 years, Chase has broken sales records across the country. Currently Chase International associates have 198 listings over $1 million.
One of the secrets to their success is that Chase International actively pursues relationships with high-end Bay Area brokers and has exclusive ties to luxury partners in other regions of the country and the world. Their affiliation with Luxury Portfolio engages them with a high-end global clientele and they have a London marketing and PR arm of the company firmly in place making them a truly international company. Part of Chase’s staying power in the luxury market can be attributed to the fact that they became a billion dollar company last year, which coincided with their 30th anniversary.
