Wallach’s family has been in the commercial real estate arena in Vero Beach since 1945, so it was a natural career choice for him after college.  Born and raised in Vero Beach, James Wallach is excited to continue his family’s history in the community. Wallach grew up watching his family buy, sell and invest in commercial real estate properties, including apartments, condominiums, mobile parks, medical centers and more.  Listening to contract negotiations, learning the market place and studying real estate trends has made his path into residential real estate a smooth transition.

Comfortable with all forms of digital advertising and social media marketing, Wallach is familiar with how quickly properties can move in today’s world of real estate and understands the need to be able to move quickly when his buyers are interested in a property.  His sellers can trust him to market their properties locally, nationally and globally for the fastest sale at the best possible price.

Intimately familiar with the many neighborhoods and communities of his hometown, Wallach is anxious to help his buyers find their dream home. 

Wallach attended Vero Beach High School, John Carrol High School, Indian River State College and Santa Fe College.
