Dale Sorensen Real Estate (DSRE) is pleased to welcome sales associate Jody Jean Shirley to its team of real estate professionals. Shirley, a licensed real estate sales associate and former nurse, has transferred her various skills from the medical field to the real estate arena. 

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, Shirley was used to a high energy, fast paced work day, dependent on being hyper-organized, with the ability to move smoothly between tasks.  As a Realtor®, Shirley she uses those same strengths to help problem solve on behalf of her customers, to stay organized in the often times fast-paced and ever-changing real estate market, and to think quickly on her feet.  Shirley’s sympathetic and empathetic nature means she listens to her customers, hearing not only their wants, but their needs, when it comes to buying and selling a home.  Shirley has an eye for interior design and frequently is called upon to help her customers stage their homes for the quickest sale possible at the highest dollar. 

Shirley became interested in real estate after reading a couple books dealing with the subject. “I became very interested in real estate and investing after reading books on the subjects,” Shirley said.  “I’m excited to be able to use my knowledge and experiences to help my customers with one of the most important transactions of their lives.”

Shirley specializes in residential properties and undeveloped land.  She especially likes working with customers in the healthcare industry and law enforcement.
