Award-Winning Luxury Home And Waterfront Specialist To Work From The Firm’s St. Armands Circle Office

Diana Michel, a twelve-year veteran of real estate sales in Sarasota, has joined the St. Armands Circle office of Michael Saunders & Company, it was announced today from the firm’s headquarters in downtown Sarasota. She was formerly with Prudential Palms.

Ms. Michel, who consistently ranks among the top 10% of agents in the Sarasota MLS, draws on her extensive knowledge of the area’s coastal waters to help clients and customers buy and sell luxury homes in its most sought-after waterfront neighborhoods. She also specializes in the area’s large collection of master-planned communities.

For five consecutive years, she won the coveted “5-Star Best in Customer Satisfaction Award; and the Chairman’s Gold Award for three consecutive years as an agent with Prudential.

Born in New York and raised in Boulder, CO, Diana is a 30-year resident of Sarasota who resides with her husband and two children on Bird Key. She graduated with honors from the University of South Florida and has served on its local alumni board for many years. During her term as its president, the organization won Chapter of the Year; then went on to honor her with its Distinguished Alumni Award. Additionally, Diana is serving her fifth term on the USF National Alumni Board and chairs its Communications Council.

An avid boater and member of the Sarasota Yacht Club, Michel participates in numerous charitable and arts organizations, including Cancer Support Community (formerly The Wellness Community), Boys & Girls Clubs and The Southside PTA.
