The preeminent luxury real estate firm in Southern California, Hilton & Hyland, is pleased to announce the firm's Executive Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Development, Charles L. Black III, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce.
Black's ability in assisting with the strategic planning of Hilton & Hyland and the Chamber comes from years of conducting business in the Beverly Hills area, particularly from his experience in marketing both real property and prestigious hospitality properties regionally, and prior to that, across the Caribbean. With a wealth of international experience and targeted education, Black is proving to be a valuable part of the team growing Hilton & Hyland's international effort.
Joining leaders from the law, finance, entertainment, hospitality, retail and health care industries, the Board of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce is charged with the forward implementation of the mission of the 85 year old organization. The Chamber works tirelessly to promote, protect and posture one of the most prestigious brand names in the world.
The Chamber also interacts with its 850 company membership to create opportunities for businesses in the city. It is the “voice of business” and business advocate for enterprises located within the city of Beverly Hills. In addition to staging educational, networking and social events for Chamber members, and assisting with new businesses in the city, the Chamber publishes an annual business directory and a monthly electronic newsletter.
Regarding his appointment, Black said, “I've been a member of this vital organization for a number of years, and it will be my pleasure to serve and work with other board members to make plans for the Chamber moving forward.”
