Commercial Broker Dave Lawrence Joins Lila Delman Real Estate International

Dave Lawrence, former co-owner of CENTURY 21 Access America, with 21 offices throughout Rhode Island and Connecticut, has joined Lila Delman Real Estate International.

Dave is a dominant player in the residential and commercial market in Newport County, with 30+ years of experience representing owners, landlords, home buyers, and investors as well as tenants looking to relocate. He has strong relationships within the institutional and entrepreneurial real estate community. These relationships have developed through marketing success and a strong track record of previous sales, rentals and closed transactions, including in 2016, a waterfront restaurant for $12,000,000, 70+ acres of commercial land (a very rare find on Aquidneck Island), and a parcel with over 30 cabins. He is currently working on a 30-acre development in Massachusetts and representing multiple lots in Providence.

Dave will be based in Lila Delman Real Estate International’s Providence office located at 369 South Main Street.
