The only thing better than facilitating the buying and selling of homes in a community is investing in it directly. That’s exactly what Lila Delman Real Estate International has done in Providence with its recent acquisition of a historic warehouse on South Main Street that the company converted into its beautiful new office.

In addition to being a huge aesthetic and economic improvement for the neighborhood, which is walking distance from the Providence River and downtown, the new office will strengthen the brokerage’s position in the Providence market.

The office doubles the size of the previous Providence office, which was leased for four years. It’s strategically located in the city and boasts plenty of parking for customers.

“It’s great to have customers who can park for the day and go out with an agent to tour listings without worrying about getting a ticket,” Benjamin Scungio, the manager of the Providence office.

On the inside, the open floor plan and mix of historic and modern amenities creates an environment that is perfect for doing business and closing real estate deals.

Located at 369 S. Main St., the property is one of the oldest structures in the city. Lila Delman Real Estate International purchased the building, gutted it down to the studs and rebuilt it from the inside creating a modern facility that is both state-of-the-art and rustic at the same time. This was done using reclaimed wood beams inside and expansive glass walls for the front façade.

The result is the best of both worlds – a stunning interior and an outside that is designed to attract pedestrians with a large display that showcases the company’s listings from all over Rhode Island and a 62-inch television play that plays promotional videos.

A Grand Opening Celebration
To christen the new office and celebrate this latest restoration project, Lila Delman Real Estate International held an open house party at its new Providence office, 361 S. Main St. on Thursday, Oct. 29.
