Kristen Paul-Jones has been named Director of Business Development at Lila Delman Real Estate International.

Kristen comes to Lila Delman Real Estate International having been an integral member of the Alex and Ani start-up team. As Manager of Transitional Operations at Alex and Ani, she was responsible for the build-out of their retail stores. For the past four years Kristen was the National Account Manager responsible for growing the wholesale business with their largest partners including Nordstrom and Amazon. Kristen also has over 16 years of experience as a Rhode Island real estate broker, selling over $100 million in real estate across Rhode Island.
