Area’s Highest Priced Home Sale Of 2012 Becomes Official  

Lido Shores Property Sells for $7.1 Million 

Mayfair International Realty members, Michael Saundeers & Company have recently announced their area’s highest priced home sale of 2012—and the highest sale price since July 2011.

The luxury waterfront property—located at 1255 Westway Drive, in Lido Shores—was listed by Linda Dickinson of Michael Saunders & Company and closed for $7.1 million.  

Dickinson, an agent in the firm’s Palmer Ranch office has been the company’s top producing individual agent for the past eight years.

Of the seven year-to-date sales involving properties over $4 million, five were listed and three were sold by agents of Michael Saunders & Company.
