SIESTA KEY PROPERTY SELLS FOR $10.25 MILLION
TRANSACTION IS SARASOTA COUNTY’S HIGHEST SINCE FEBRUARY 2013
A gulf front estate on Siesta Key sold this week for $10.25 million, becoming the all-time highest residential sale on Siesta Key; and the highest residential sale in Sarasota County since February, 2013.
The property was listed for $10.975 million.
Located at 4300 Higel Avenue, the estate was listed by Karen Melk of the Main Street office of Mayfair International Realty members Michael Saunders & Company; and sold by Phyllis Garfinkel, also with the Main Street office of Michael Saunders & Company.
