Smith & Associates Real Estate Expands With In-house Insurance Option

As the largest and most successful independent real estate brokerage in Tampa Bay, Smith & Associates Real Estate is known for a customer-centric approach that makes buying and selling homes seamless. To enhance their value-added services and provide clients with more in-house options, Smith & Associates Real Estate is pleased to announce the opening of Smith Signature Insurance powered by Baldwin Krystyn Sherman (BKS) Partners.

Scheduled to open January 2018 and formed as a joint venture with BKS Partners, Smith Signature Insurance will give agents and their clients access to in-house risk consultants and more than 25 insurer partners, including high-net worth insurers AIG, PURE, Chubb and VAULT. The new service will also offer a variety of competitive personal insurance and risk mitigation solutions. 

BKS was founded by industry veterans Lowry Baldwin, Elizabeth Krystyn, and Laura Sherman. Each have acquired decades of technical expertise in the traditional areas of commercial insurance, risk management, employee benefits and personal insurance. By working collaboratively, their combined experience creates a vantage point with a 360° view that optimally serves clients, colleagues and insurance company partners. Since opening the doors in 2006, the BKS Holistic Protection™ model has produced double digit growth and unprecedented client retention.

Bob Glaser, President and CEO of Smith & Associates Real Estate, says his company is in growth mode and this new partnership with BKS Partners gives them another tool in cultivating long-lasting client relationships and developing creative solutions to understanding and meeting client challenges. “We've always strived to provide personalized, professional service and exceptional experiences to our clients.
