Smith & Associates Real Estate, a Tampa owned and operated boutique-style real estate brokerage firm, was once again listed among the Real Trends 500, the undisputed leader in ranking the performance of residential real estate services firms.
Real Trends is an annual, independently verified ranking report of the nation’s top residential real estate brokerage firms, based on the number of and, separately, the value of completed transactions every year. In 2015, the most recent year for which independently verified data is available, Smith & Associates Real Estate was ranked among the top firms for both volume and value of its transactions - improving its ranking from the 2015 Report.
In addition, Smith & Associates experienced a nearly 20% growth in the number of completed transactions and a 26% increase in the value of their completed transactions compared to the previous year. Smith and Associates Real Estate moved up in both volume and sides and was ranked #174 for sales volume with $1,149,999,886 and #295 for sides, 2,565 out of all the real estate firms in the nation who submitted their year end numbers.
