Mayfair Tradewinds Realty members, Tradewinds Realty, has completed a record sale of a fifty acre island along the coast of Nova Scotia, nestled near the Village of Chester, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Big Gooseberry Island is a seasonally inhabited island with two homes and several cottages; which in its present configurations sleeps 17 people, docking facilities, mainland power cable, large boathouse with boat slip, several sand beaches and acres of forest, wildlife and home to a protected seven acre 'Acadian Forest', a unique feature for a North American island.
