Virginia Cook, Realtors Honors Top Producers for 2015

Virginia Cook, Realtors honored the firm’s 2015 top performing sales associates at the Annual Celebration held January 29 at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden.

“Our industry and our company had a banner year in 2105 as we helped a record number of customers and clients buy or sell a home in 2015,” said Sheila Rice, executive vice president.  “With an excellent outlook for job, income and population growth in North Texas, we expect robust home sales to continue throughout 2016.”

Ranking among the Virginia Cook, Realtors Top 30 Producers for 2015 were three of Grayson County’s leading Realtors, Debbie Hudnall, Ronnie Cole and Stacy Olmstead. Their outstanding performance contributed to Virginia Cook, Realtors retaining its position as the #1 real estate firm serving Grayson County.

Virginia Cook, Realtors has over 350 experienced agents serving from offices throughout North Texas,” said Pat Rowland, vice president and manager of the Sherman/Denison office. “Achieving a Top 30 ranking is quite an accomplishment and true testament to the expertise Debbie, Ken and Ronnie offer. We’re very proud of them and thrilled to continue to lead our market.”

Debbie Hudnall
Debbie was also honored as Virginia Cook, Realtors Top Company Lister for the 11th consecutive year.  She is consistently the Top Producer of the Greater Texoma region and has been voted “Best Real Estate Agent of Texoma” in the Annual Best of Texoma survey conducted by the Herald Democrat for many years.

Ronnie Cole
Since entering residential sales in 2010, Ronnie has maintained an impressive pace of successfully serving area home buyers and sellers and Top 10 office status. His deep roots in the community as a former Mayor of Denison, the owner of a multi-generation family business and continued involvement in many important civic organizations are an added benefit to clients.

Stacy Olmstead
A past president of the Greater Texoma Association of Realtors, Stacy has been appointed to serve another term on its Board of Directors. A leader in the community as well as the industry, she is a graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership program and has been an active volunteer for Wilson N. Jones Hospital in many areas including business relations.

“What sets these leaders and our entire Sherman/Denison team apart is the level of personal attention clients can expect,” said Rowland. “Our sales associates also live and work in the communities of Grayson County, and we all care deeply about the people we have the privilege of serving.”

Current Market
“Last year was a record-breaking year for home sales,” adds Rowland. “But we expect mortgage interest rates to start rising. If you are interested in moving to your next home, now is the time. Even a one point increase in a mortgage rate can mean the difference of thousands of dollars over the life a home loan. We want these dollars to stay in the pockets of our clients!”
