Closings on Condominiums Begin at Surfsedge by The Lutgert Companies

Less than seven years after The Lutgert Companies purchased the site for the future Surfsedge community, all single-family homes and all but one condominium have been sold and closings on the condo units have begun. Megan Raasveldt, who has been a crucial part of the project since the beginning, said she believes there are several reasons for the response in the market.

The Lutgert Companies purchased the property in June of 2017 and broke ground on the April of 2020.  The eleven single-family homes quickly sold out.  Construction began on the condominiums in September of 2021 and the company received the Certificate of Occupancy for the building in January of this year.
