While serving his country for 6 years in the United States Marine Corps, earning multiple awards and medals, Cappelen developed many core strengths and abilities, including project management, strategic planning, and cost reduction. Utilizing these skills on behalf of his real estate customers, Cappelen ensures his customers’ transactions stay on schedule, and on budget.

Cappelen also has a background in construction, solar panels and landscaping and can advise his customers in decision making in these areas. Multi-managing numerous projects at one time comes naturally to Cappelen as he assists his customers with the many tasks associated with buying or selling a home or property.

Cappelen graduated from Indian River State College in 2019 as a Medical Service Technician and from the College’s Firefighter Academy in 2020.
